Pitchback LLC — Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) explains the circumstances under which refunds may be granted for subscriptions, add-ons, or other services purchased through *Studio Cockpit*. Our payment processor, Paddle, acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.
1. General Rule
All fees paid for subscription plans, add-ons, or other services are non-refundable and non-creditable, except where required by applicable law or as expressly stated in this Policy.
2. Free Trial
New users may access *Studio Cockpit* for a 30-day free trial without providing a payment method. During this trial, you may use the Service at no cost. To continue using the Service after the trial ends, you must add a valid payment method and subscribe to a paid plan. No charges will be made automatically at the end of the trial period.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No prorated or partial refunds are provided for unused time in a billing cycle. Annual plans canceled early are not eligible for prorated refunds unless required by law.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in the following limited cases:
- Duplicate charges caused by a technical issue;
- Accidental duplicate subscriptions purchased for the same account;
- Where required under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under this Policy, please contact our support team at contact [at] studiocockpit [dot] io within 14 days of the original charge. All refund requests are subject to review.
6. Paddle as Merchant of Record
Our payment processor Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. All payments, billing inquiries, and refunds will be handled in accordance with Paddle’s policies and applicable laws.
